About this role
Staff Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing services to youth residing in the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). Reports to the Lead RN and ensures delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care meeting youth's medical and psychiatric needs. Responsible for assessing, monitoring, documenting, and supporting physical and behavioral health of youth. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, families, and outside providers to coordinate care and engage in discharge planning. Delegates nursing tasks to certified direct service providers.
Requirements
Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
