Night Shift
Kinzua Nursing and Rehab, a premier healthcare provider in Warren, Pennsylvania, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Byalor (RN) to join our team on our night shift. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and prioritizing the well-being of our residents. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient condition
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Participate in daily rounds and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse and/or Physician
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure a smooth transition for patients returning to their homes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
