RN Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee direct resident care in a skilled nursing environment
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Develop and update resident care plans
- Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff during shift
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and compliance standards
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
