Clinical Director, Hospice Operations

At VNA Health Group, hospice means healing the family and comforting the patient in the best way possible. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Clinical Director, Hospice Operations to lead our hospice clinical operations with purpose, integrity, and heart. This position covers North Brunswick, Tom's River and Neptune office branches. This key leadership role oversees the day-to-day clinical performance of our hospice teams, providing direct support and performance coaching to Clinical Managers. The Director ensures every patient receives dignified, coordinated, and high-quality care in accordance with federal and state regulations, while cultivating a culture of excellence, empathy, and collaboration.
