Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

• Location: Lodi, CA (hospital setting)
• Travel assignment with professional scope and autonomy

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for individuals or a patient group according to established standards and the nursing process
• Assess patient status, implement care plans, and document response to interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per hospital policy and physician orders
• Supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff levels; coordinate care with other disciplines
• Employ critical thinking and professional judgment to prioritize and adjust care in dynamic situations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the health care team to ensure safe, holistic care

Requirements

• Active RN license in California
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred
• ER nursing experience or equivalent fast-paced acute care experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work in a high-volume ER environment and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to fulfill a travel assignment with 3x12-hour day shifts
