About this role
IN OFFICE-Mansfield, Texas | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The Clinical Excellence Coordinator works closely with the Director of Operations and clinical leadership team to strengthen quality, documentation excellence, regulatory readiness, and employee development throughout the organization. Responsibilities include orientation and onboarding of new clinical staff, annual competency assessments, ongoing education and in-services, QAPI program coordination and data analysis, chart audits and documentation improvement, regulatory readiness (ACHC/Joint Commission/CMS), EMR training and support, and assisting the DOH with clinical tasks and scheduling management.
