About this role

Provide high-level clinical nursing for all deliveries, prioritizing safety and excellence. Design, implement, and adjust real-time patient care plans. Monitor and communicate vital patient condition changes to ensure mother and baby safety. Serve as the central point for the multidisciplinary team, coordinating physicians, specialists, and support staff for seamless, holistic care. Precisely and empathetically manage the birth experience, from executing physician orders to meticulously planning for safe discharge. Location: Indianapolis, IN. Facility: Women and Infants Tower. Department/Specialty: Labor and Delivery. Schedule: Full Time Nights.

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire
