Position Overview (PRN RN)

Our Culture believes PRN nurses may support patients through

• Routine nursing visits

• Symptom management and comfort-focused care

• Patient and caregiver education

• Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Optional On-Call Coverage

We are also seeking PRN nurses who are open to helping with on-call support , with thoughtful safeguards in place.

A professional triage service handles routine calls (medication timing questions, refill requests, scheduling questions, mild symptom concerns, etc.)

• On-call nurses are contacted for true clinical needs only

• On-call participation is optional and flexible

• We are open to multiple nurses sharing coverage

• Administrative oversight is always available

• LPNs participate in on-call in collaboration with and under Administrator guidance

This structure allows our on-call clinicians to rest — and respond when they are truly needed.

Requirements

For RN

• Active Idaho RN license

• Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred

• Comfort supporting on-call needs in collaboration with other RN's
• and the Administrator

• Compassionate bedside presence

• Reliable transportation, and ability to serve the Treasure Valley are required.
