Position Overview (PRN RN)
Our Culture believes PRN nurses may support patients through
- Routine nursing visits
- Symptom management and comfort-focused care
- Patient and caregiver education
- Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Optional On-Call Coverage
We are also seeking PRN nurses who are open to helping with on-call support , with thoughtful safeguards in place.
A professional triage service handles routine calls (medication timing questions, refill requests, scheduling questions, mild symptom concerns, etc.)
- On-call nurses are contacted for true clinical needs only
- On-call participation is optional and flexible
- We are open to multiple nurses sharing coverage
- Administrative oversight is always available
- LPNs participate in on-call in collaboration with and under Administrator guidance
This structure allows our on-call clinicians to rest — and respond when they are truly needed.

Requirements
For RN
- Active Idaho RN license
- Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred
- Comfort supporting on-call needs in collaboration with other RN's
- and the Administrator
- Compassionate bedside presence
- Reliable transportation, and ability to serve the Treasure Valley are required.
