About this role

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

About the Position

Join our team as an RN and provide compassionate, person-centered care to adults and seniors in our Adult Day Program. You’ll work closely with participants, families, nurses, and other team members to support their health and well-being.

What You’ll Do

Monitor participants’ health and wellness.

Complete health assessments.

Give medications and treatments as ordered.

Help create and follow individual care plans.

Provide health education and wellness support.

Communicate with nurses, doctors, families, and other care team members.

Help maintain a safe and caring environment.

What You Need

Graduate of an accredited RN program.

Current Massachusetts RN license.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work well with a team.

Caring, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care.
