Responsibilities Location: Detroit, Michigan Community: Regency at Chene Category: Nursing The LPN Supervisor is responsible for providing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff. Join us with an attractive benefits offering: Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with matching funds Life Insurance Employee discounts Tuition Reimbursement Student Loan Reimbursement Responsibilities: Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed Transfers employees among units per staffing demands Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws Education and/or Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.
