In This Role You Will: Be responsible for quality nursing care is provided with the assistance of other team members to all residents living in the assigned area maintaining Clark standards and practice Pass medications, perform treatments, monitor care and oversee staff. May be required to provide direct patient care to patients when necessary Coordinate all aspects of each resident’s nursing care with the assistance of other team disciplines for the time assigned with them Ensure that proper resident care standards and practices are followed Communicate with residents, families and designated representatives about resident care issues Participate in the orientation process of new employees to ensure that competency requirements are met Shift Details: • 12 hour shifts: 6am to 6:30pm Full Time, Part Time, Weekend-Only, or PRN / Contingent opportunities Who You Are: A licensed RN in the state of Michigan with a passion for compassionate, resident-centered care Knowledgeable in nursing regulations, standards, and practices Understand and successfully perform job functions. Works effectively, is precise, able to prioritize and meet job requirements and deadlines. Demonstrate sound judgment and discretion in the performance of job duties.
