We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with Operating Room (OR) Project Management experience for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is ideal for an experienced OR leader with Joint Commission survey experience and previous management experience.

*Required Qualifications*

  • Active RN License
  • AHA BLS Certification
  • Bachelor of Nursing (BSN/BN)
  • Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience
  • Previous OR Manager or Director experience
  • Operating Room Project Management experience
  • Joint Commission accreditation and survey experience

*Responsibilities*

  • Lead Operating Room projects and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and support Joint Commission accreditation and survey readiness.
  • Manage departmental operations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Promote patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor staff and support professional development.
  • Monitor performance improvement initiatives and ensure best practices are followed.
