We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with Operating Room (OR) Project Management experience for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is ideal for an experienced OR leader with Joint Commission survey experience and previous management experience.

*Required Qualifications*
- Active RN License
- AHA BLS Certification
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN/BN)
- Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience
- Previous OR Manager or Director experience
- Operating Room Project Management experience
- Joint Commission accreditation and survey experience
*Responsibilities*
- Lead Operating Room projects and quality improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and support Joint Commission accreditation and survey readiness.
- Manage departmental operations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor staff and support professional development.
- Monitor performance improvement initiatives and ensure best practices are followed.
