About the Role
We are seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Lawton, Oklahoma. This role supports a fast-paced, high-acuity 36-bed Emergency Department serving patients of all ages and requires strong emergency nursing experience, rapid assessment skills, critical thinking, and the ability to provide timely, compassionate patient care.
Responsibilities
Perform rapid assessment, triage, and prioritization for emergency patients
Provide care for medical, surgical, trauma, psychiatric, pediatric, and critical emergencies
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to provider orders
Participate in trauma activations, code blue, stroke, STEMI, and rapid response protocols
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately using Allscripts
Requirements
Active Oklahoma RN License Or Compact RN License Required
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room, critical care, or high-acuity nursing experience required
BLS/BCLS Certification Required
ACLS And PALS Certifications Required
TNCC And ENPC Certifications Preferred
