A 12-month, comprehensive, transition-to-practice RN Residency program that facilitates progress from student to professional nurse through education, mentorship and peer support. Opportunities available in Medical/Surgical, Transplant, Cardiac Progressive Care, Critical Care, Emergency Department, Operating Room, Cardiovascular Operating Room, Women's Services and more.

Requirements

Graduate of a nursing program
Current license in the state of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC multistate Registered Nurse license
BLS CPR certification
Leadership skills
Effective communication skills
Initiative
Independent judgment
Ability to handle stressful environments
