Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in Ortho Neuro Trauma to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The nurse will assess patient conditions, perform procedures, administer medications, and document care accurately. They will respond promptly to patient needs, educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patient status during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly. Perform ordered procedures, monitor responses, and document care thoroughly. Administer medications, monitor therapeutic effects, and manage adverse reactions. Respond proactively to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about health conditions, medications, and follow-up care.

Qualifications & Skills
