About this role

Overview Beyond Health is seeking a compassionate, detail-driven Registered Nurse to join our Hormone Optimization and Longevity Medicine team in Albuquerque, NM. In this role, you'll deliver personalized, root-cause-focused care; administering hormone therapies, supporting regenerative treatments, and helping patients understand not just what to do, but why it works. You'll report to our Advanced Practice Provider, supervise our Medical Assistants, and help set the clinical standard the rest of the team follows. If you believe healthcare should treat causes, not just symptoms, and you want to be part of a team that holds itself to a higher standard, then we would love to meet you. Duties Conduct patient intake assessments, health histories, and risk screenings prior to initiating therapy. Administer and oversee hormone optimization protocols, including bioidentical hormone pellet therapy, under Advanced Practice Provider-approved standing orders. Administer IV nutrient/vitamin infusions and other injectable therapies, monitoring patients for therapeutic response and adverse reactions. Perform or supervise phlebotomy and point-of-care testing; collaborate with the provider team on lab results and flag abnormal findings. Provide in-depth patient education on hormone therapy, peptide protocols, and lifestyle strategies that support long-term outcomes. Administer injectables, laser therapies, microneedling, and other cosmetic procedures within your scope of practice and certification. Supervise, train, and mentor Medical Assistants, delegating clinical tasks appropriately. Maintain compliance with New Mexico Board of Nursing scope of practice, clinic standing orders, and controlled-substance handling requirements. Manage medication inventory, including cold-chain storage of hormones and peptides, and maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR. Contribute to protocol development and ongoing team education as Beyond Health's therapies and certifications evolve. Skills Strong working knowledge of endocrinology, hormone optimization, and peptide therapy. Skilled in venipuncture, injections, IV starts, and aseptic technique. Sound clinical judgment and comfort working under standing orders and protocols. Demonstrated leadership and experience mentoring or supervising support staff. Excellent patient communication and education skills: you can explain the “why,” not just the “what.” High attention to detail in clinical documentation, medication management, and patient guidance. Comfortable building trust in a concierge-style, relationship-driven practice.
