- Current RN licensure in Illinois or eligibility for Illinois RN licensure
- Master's degree in nursing
- Minimum 2 years full-time equivalent clinical experience as a registered nurse
- Current RN licensure in Illinois or eligibility for Illinois RN licensure
- Commitment to teaching excellence and student success
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, clinical partners, and academic leaders
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Doctoral preparation (preferred)
- Three or more years of clinical experience (preferred)
