We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong interest or background in pain management to join our growing team. As an integral member of our new practice, you will have the opportunity to help shape clinical protocols, establish a culture of excellence, and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. Must already have an active CDS in Maryland. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments focused on pain-related conditions, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care. Provide patient education on treatment options, lifestyle changes, and medication management. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system. Participate in the development and implementation of clinic protocols and best practices. Stay up to date with the latest evidence-based practices in pain management.
