A day in the life.

As our Clinical and Health Engagement Practice Leader on the MMA National Team , you’ll provide executive-level strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for Peak Health Services to ensure a competitive, best in class offering in the market. This position is accountable for clinical program integrity, operational delivery excellence, vendor management, P&L performance, national client relationships, and driving growth through the MMA/McGriff broker network.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Program Integrity

Champion Peak Health's RN-led, longitudinal coaching model grounded in evidence-based practice

Set and enforce clinical quality standards, protocols, and outcomes measurement across all client programs

Lead clinical based health coaching with chronic disease management, risk stratification, and biometric programming assessments

Integrate emerging capabilities such asGLP-1 support with nutritional counseling, mental health navigation, and digital/virtual coaching, wearables and biometric devices

Ensure HIPAA, ADA wellness compliance

Oversee credentialing, EHR systems, and clinical documentation

Digital Health & Modern Delivery Platforms

Lead the development and optimization of modernized digital health delivery platforms, including mobile app engagement, virtual coaching and digital communications

Develop clinical strategies that leverage wearable technology, real-time health data, and remote monitoring to enhance participant outcomes

Oversee the clinical validation and deployment of health technology solutions and digital health tools

Ensure all digital health platforms comply with clinical standards, HIPAA requirements, and provide exceptional user experience

Build clinical competency within the organization around digital health trends, remote patient monitoring, and virtual care models\

Client & Business Development

Serve as senior executive relationship owner for flagship self-insured employer accounts

Partner with MMA/McGriff brokers to identify, develop, and close new business

Lead renewals, ROI reporting, and outcomes presentations to HR, Benefits, and C-suite stakeholders

Represent Peak Health at industry conferences and broker forums

Team Leadership & Development

Direct the Peak Health leadership team consisting of clinical, operations, sales, and relationship management to the successful delivery of client and participant experience

Recruit, develop, and retain 40+ RNs, clinical and operations support staff across a geographically distributed model

Foster a culture of clinical excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth

Establish performance expectations and conduct ongoing clinical assessments

Operations & Financial Performance

Own the full P&L — revenue growth, margin management, workforce planning, and cost optimization

Build scalable infrastructure to support national program delivery

Leverage data analytics and claims-based risk tools to enhance outcomes

Define and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned with MMA's health and benefits value proposition

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these

skills

Active RN licensure required; APRN/NP or other advanced clinical degree strongly preferred

One or more: NBC-HWC, CHC, COHN-S, CCM, or CHES/MCHES

10+ years in employer health management, occupational health, or population health

5+ years senior leadership with P&L accountability and clinical team management

Expertise in health risk stratification, biometric programs, and claims-based analysis

Proven ROI delivery for self-insured employer clients

Insurance brokerage or benefits consulting experience

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply

MSN, MPH, MHA, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree

Expertise in developing programs to address the most common chronic health conditions.

NCQA accreditation and wellness compliance familiarity

Digital health, telehealth, or mobile health platform experience

Established relationships in the employer benefits broker community

The applicable base salary range for this role is $134,300 to $250,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
