Position

Overview

We are currently seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional nursing team. Whether you're an experienced nurse or a motivated new graduate, this is your opportunity to work in a high-performing, supportive environment that values your skills and helps you grow.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct, person-centered nursing care to residents

Monitor and document changes in residents’ health status

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families

Supervise CNAs and support staff to ensure high standards of care

Uphold our 5-star commitment to safety, dignity, and clinical quality

What We’re Looking For

Valid Texas LVN or RN license in good standing

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

Team player with excellent clinical and communication skills

Dedication to quality, integrity, and compassionate care
