About this role
Healthcare Support is seeking a Patient Care Manager / Registered Nurse for a leading home health organization in Temple, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with home health experience to oversee a clinical team, ensure quality patient care, and support daily operations in a primarily office-based role. Responsibilities include overseeing a patient census of approximately 150-175 patients and managing a team of 10-20 clinicians and support staff, leading and coaching clinical staff, managing daily clinical operations including scheduling, order approvals, patient and family concerns, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Serving as a clinical resource for the team and providing occasional field support, staff training, or patient care coverage when needed.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay: $90,000 - $95,000 a year based on experience.
