Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, prioritize patient flow, document assessments and interventions, advocate for patients and families, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Professional Development: Mentor colleagues, maintain licensure and certifications, pursue ongoing education, and contribute to a supportive work environment aligned with shared governance principles.
Qualifications & Skills
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred), current RN license (single state or multi-state compact), BLS certification, and preferred experience in direct patient care.
