We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse at our Fort Smith Family Medical Center. As the Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the highest quality Patient and Family-Centered Care within the clinic. You will oversee the nursing and clinical team, manage the patient flow processes, and promote wellness, improved outcomes, and self-care among a defined patient population.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing support, education, and assistance to patients who have chronic conditions, helping them prevent and maintain their health.
