Key
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a skilled nursing unit
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, focusing on quality care and optimal outcomes
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment with staff, residents, and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices
Qualifications
- Current Florida RN license, in good standing
- Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, with leadership or management roles preferred
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
