Key

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of a skilled nursing unit
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
  • Develop and implement care plans for residents, focusing on quality care and optimal outcomes
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment with staff, residents, and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices

Qualifications

  • Current Florida RN license, in good standing
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, with leadership or management roles preferred
  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
