Southern Health Partners is looking for a compassionate and confident Full Time LPN to join our healthcare team at the Cabarrus County Jail in North Carolina.

What You'll Do
As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you'll provide essential nursing care while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team.
Your responsibilities may include
Performing nursing assessments and monitoring patient conditions Administering medications and treatments Responding to urgent and emergent healthcare needs Recognizing changes in patient condition and communicating them appropriately Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records Providing patient education and supporting continuity of care Following established clinical protocols and standards of care Collaborating with nurses, providers, and correctional staff What We're Looking For Current, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license Current CPR certification Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Correctional healthcare experience is welcome, but not required Professional and compassionate approach to patient care New to Correctional Healthcare?
