Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, one (1) to three (3) years of long-term care MDS coordination and care planning experience with a valid Registered Nurse license required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent to have or obtain Resident Assessment Coordinator certification within one year of hire. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
