Requirements
Licensed LPN with an active license to practice in Illinois; Must live 90+ miles from the facility; Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred; Corrections experience preferred; Previous travel nursing experience preferred; Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS; Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check; High School Diploma/GED; Active LPN license in Illinois; 1 year minimum experience
