Graduate of an LPN program Required; Work Experience; New graduates of an accredited nursing school are eligible; Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred; LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Required; BCLS - Basic Life Support Required; Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area applying for Preferred; ACLS if working in Emergency Department Required and; PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support if working in Emergency Department within 180 Days Required; LPNs new to specialty will complete applicable certifications within 180 Days
