Associates degree in nursing with equivalent experience in lieu of BSN if willing to return to school for BSN within 1 year of hire.; Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Illinois, active and in good standing.; Basic Life Support certification through AHA.; Minimum of 3 years of bedside RN experience in an acute hospital setting.
