Requirements
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation; Previous experience as a caregiver/CNA/PCA/GNA; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, compassionate and patient demeanor, and ability to engage clients in meaningful activities.; Ability to successfully pass a background check, negative TB screening test, and physical examination; Current CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain upon hire; Understanding of elderly care practices and the ability to provide non-medical support tailored to individual client needs.
