Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required; Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation; BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start; Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma; 1+ years experience in acute care environment preferred; NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date; Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date; TNCC required within 1 year; 1 year minimum experience
