Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the state of Alabama.; Nursing degree from a CCNE accredited nursing program.; Knowledge of principles and practices relevant to nursing and patient care activities.; Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.; Proficiency with common computer based applications such as electronic mail, word processing and various databases, whether PC, network or mainframe based; Must have a successful drug screen and background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check).
