Valid RN license with pediatric or dental sedation certification preferred; Proven experience working with children in a clinical setting, including pediatric dental or hospital environments; Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, vital signs assessment, and acute pain management in pediatric patients; Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems; Experience with IV infusion, medication administration, suturing, and airway management in pediatric populations; Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive patient care; Excellent communication skills to educate families
