Graduation from an accredited BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program; Twelve months of appropriate clinical experience (6 months may be eligible at discretion of clinical lead or HCA if exceptional performers); Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina; BLS certification; Must be able to lift 30 lbs; Must be able to push/pull 30 lbs; Must be able to carry 30 lbs; All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) are encouraged to enroll in an appropriate BSN program within two years and must complete within seven year; 1 year
