Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a vocational nursing program approved by the Texas Board of Nursing. Current, valid, and unencumbered Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Texas or compact state. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience required. At least 1 year of experience in wound care or related specialty preferred. Wound care certification preferred or must be obtained within 12 months of hire. Required certification and licensure as follows: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support
