Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Current Illinois license as a Registered Nurse; At least one year of clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation or medical surgical nursing (home health experience preferred); Current CPR certification; Interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; Insured automobile and valid driver's license or access to adequate transportation; Ability to make visits and provide skilled nursing assessments and skilled care in the home; 1 year minimum experience
