Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse.; Prefer at least 1-2 year experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, emergency room and/or a hospital setting that provides patient care. Experience in office clerical activities desirable.; (Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience); Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma or active Multistate LPN license is required.; Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.;
