Successful completion of a certified licensed practical/vocational nursing program.; Licensed to practice as a practical/vocational nurse in the state.; Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of clinical experience.; Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous home health or hospice experience preferred; Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance; Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or Company requirements and is in good working order.; Must hold a current and valid CPR certification.
