Requirements
Required; Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license; Current CPR certification; Valid driver’s license; Valid automobile insurance; Reliable transportation for travel to patient care locations / valid driver's license; Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and care-coordination skills; Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team; Preferred; At least two years of Hospice RN experience preferred
