Minimum 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; a combination of in-center, and/ or acute, hemodialysis required; Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent; License/; Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required
