Requirements
Current active RN licensure in the State of Washington; Current BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment hire date; 3+ years of experience in a physician's office, clinical, hospice or hospital setting; Valid driver's license within the state of work; Reliable transportation for daily travel to various locations as assigned; BSN preferred; Certification or specialized training in palliative care preferred; Experience in palliative care, hospice, geriatrics, complex case management, or serious illness care preferred; 3 years minimum experience
