Current, unrestricted state RN license; 1+ year experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse; Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area; Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds; Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance; Must be able and willing to travel 50%; Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred; Previous Home Health or Hospice Experience is preferred; 1 year minimum experience
