Requirements
A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact license or ability to obtain is encouraged. An unencumbered license is required. An LPN with leadership experience may also be consid; Proven clinical leader in an assisted living or LTC environment with at least one year of successful experience as a Wellness Director, Health Care Coordinator (HCC) or Director of; Understand the importance of being state survey ready, every day; Have a current driver's license; Pass drug screening; Background screening; 1 year minimum experience
