Requirements
Must possess a valid Michigan Registered Nurse License; Experience in a home health care setting is preferred; Strong clinical assessment skills/ Exceptional organizational skills; Ability to create individualized care plans; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Compassionate and patient-focused approach; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Will need to pass a background check and drug screening
