Most NP plans pay a salary plus a rate for each work RVU or collections dollar above a yearly threshold. The bonus starts only once your production passes that threshold.

Divide the threshold by the clinical days you work in the period. A 4,500 wRVU yearly threshold over 184 clinical days is about 24.5 a day. The calculator shows that pace beside yours when you give your schedule.
Ask how RVUs are credited during credentialing, who gets credit for shared visits, how often you can see your numbers, and when the bonus is paid. The calculator lists the questions your own formula raises.
