Result posted, and I did all of it. Told my people, cried a bit, slept eleven hours.
Then Monday arrived and I had no idea what I was meant to be doing. The thing I had been aimed at for two years was just gone, and what replaced it was a browser with fourteen tabs open.
For anyone a few months past this. What did that first week look like practically? I would take a list over a feeling right now.

A list is fair, so: get the license number itself. The board posting your result and the state showing an active number are two different days, and half the applications want the number.
Then go back through everything you started and finish it. Mine were sitting at eighty percent because I had been waiting to have the number.
Then pick one place you actually want and phone the unit. That single call moved more than the ninety applications before it.

Add one to that list and put it first: take three days off from all of it. Not a week, three days, and tell someone so you actually do it.
I went straight from result to applications and started my first job already tired in a way that took months to shake. Nothing you send in those three days arrives meaningfully faster.

The disorientation has a cause, if that helps: an external deadline structured your life for two years and then it was removed.
What fixed it for me was picking one thing with a date on it. A shadow shift, an interview, anything with a time attached. The vagueness is worse than the workload.
