The full-time role is salaried from $70,000 a year, with a sign-on bonus listed for the Case Manager job, plus medical, dental, vision, vacation and PTO, a 401(k) match, and profit sharing paid out quarterly. Your week is built as a Monday-through-Friday 8-hour self-managed schedule with limited weekend on-call. Days cover ongoing assessments (including OASIS when indicated), care-plan collaboration, and in-home supervision of direct care staff for elderly and disabled clients. You need a current Indiana or compact RN license; one year of home health experience is preferred but not required. The honest tradeoff is practical: care happens in the home, so you must be a licensed driver with auto insurance and a good driving record.
