You report to the Director of Nursing, take Charge as assigned, and oversee LPNs, MHTs, CNAs, and medication technicians. When the DON is out, you cover the nursing staff. You also collaborate with Service Development on admissions, and the role expects your practice to meet Joint Commission, federal, and state standards. You need a Mississippi license in good standing and CPR. ACLS is listed as helpful, not required.
