Freedom Village is managed by LCS and runs the full continuum—independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing and rehab at The Inn—so your day can span long-term care, short-stay rehab, or memory support depending on the role. On our recent RN postings, pay landed between $34 and $39.50 an hour (median about $36.75), with a sign-on up to $12,500. Shifts for floor RNs are posted as 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, or 10pm–6am; the admissions nurse role uses 12-hour days every other weekend with Sundays off. The Inn shows a CMS overall 5-star profile, staffing star 5.0, and roughly 5.83 total nurse hours per resident day, plus a U.S. News short-term rehab recognition from 2022–2023. Full- and part-time benefits call out health insurance, PTO, a generous 401(k) match, dental, vision, EAP, FSA, HSA, and life insurance. One gap worth knowing: the allnurses facility thread had no nurse reviews when we checked, so you will want to ask peers and leaders directly about pace and culture on your tour.
