Montage Health coordinates care across all settings with a focus on partnering with physicians, clinicians, and community organizations to meet individual patient goals. The system also offers an Employer Solutions program providing workplace wellness services, health screenings, vaccination clinics, telemedicine eVisits, and executive health medicine to other organizations in the community. Nursing opportunities at Montage Health include roles in areas such as the Family Birth Center (FBC), a full-service birthing center with 13 birthing/postpartum suites, operating rooms, and recovery rooms where registered nurses provide antepartum, labor, delivery, circulating, recovery, postpartum, and normal newborn/couplet care. RNs are expected to demonstrate quality of care, professional commitment, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and broad nursing knowledge. Experienced nurses may also orient new staff, precept students, and assume relief charge nurse duties.
